Please review these RED74 user setup policies before requesting a new user setup.
Setup of new user accounts that also require new PC, laptop, or mobile device hardware need to be requested via an official support request (either via phone or by this web form) at least seven (7) business days prior to the first day of employment for that employee. This is to ensure that we may procure the required hardware and schedule an installation at least one (1) day prior to their first day at work. The average lead time for procuring hardware that is compliant with our service agreement is at least five (5) business days in most cases.
For setup of new user accounts that do not require new hardware installation, an official support request must be entered by 3 pm ET at least two (2) business days prior to the new employee’s first day of employment.
Failure to adhere to the above two policies will relieve RED74 of any obligation to comply with our Service Level Agreement (SLA) and will default to a “best effort” service level. There will be no guarantee that RED74 can perform a timely setup or installation request which does not adhere to the requirements outlined above.
Any new user setup request (with or without new hardware) by the client in which the client deems it urgent or imperative to be completed the same day or by the following morning before 11 am EST will be charged Time & Materials as per the client’s current service agreement.
