Any service calls placed after 5pm or before 9am EST will be routed to our Emergency Hotline service. You will reach a human being who will answer your call and connect you to the engineer on-call. In most cases, you will be connected to an engineer within 5 minutes of placing the call. This engineer will see your case through from start to finish, without passing you around or subjecting you to extended hold times. The hotline is not just for emergencies. If you have a global workforce, or employees who travel through various time zones, we can provide around the clock helpdesk support.
