Tim began his career in the IT industry in 1998. In 2009, after gathering extensive knowledge in computer networking and IT project coordination, he launched RED74. He assists business owners and executive management in making smart technology decisions with a focus on reaching IT productivity, security and risk management objectives. Tim has expertise in several disciplines within IT, including Cisco and Microsoft networking and server technologies, cloud migration, UTM, and compliance and risk management. He holds a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification from ISACA, as well as VMWare VSP Sales Professional and VTSP Technical Solutions Professional accreditations and several Microsoft certifications. In addition to his information technology experience, Tim studied Journalism and Music Composition at Rutgers University in New Brunswick and New York University. He is a martial arts instructor, holding expert level ranks in several disciplines.
Director of Technology
Rob is an nineteen-year veteran of the IT services industry. Before joining the RED74 team, he worked for several years at a regional ISP and IT management firm in Princeton, NJ. Rob brings to the table extensive experience supporting the computer networks of small and medium sized businesses representing a range of industry verticals. He acts as the project lead on large rollouts for our clients, including server/application migrations, VoIP installations, and planning and implementation of detailed disaster recovery plans. He is also the field IT support manager, overseeing the entire RED74 support team. Rob’s technology expertise covers a broad range of Microsoft, VMWare, Apple and Cisco small and medium business products, as well as major hosted service platforms and protocols (such as mail/web hosting, FTP, DNS and BGP). Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The College of New Jersey in Ewing with minors in Chemistry and Criminal Justice, and has worked as a Research Associate in cancer research laboratories.
